1. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the site or others' use of it.
2. Information on this site
We work to keep the information, packages, speeds, and prices on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. Service availability (including fibre coverage and wireless line-of-sight) depends on your address and the underlying network operator, and is confirmed only after we assess your location.
3. Sign-ups and service agreements
Signing up through this website is a request for service. It is subject to availability, a successful coverage/feasibility check, RICA verification, and the relevant service agreement (Memorandum of Agreement, Service Level Agreement, and Acceptable Use Policy) for the product you choose. Those agreements, together with these terms, govern the service we provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and selections you submit.
4. Fees and payments
Once-off installation/activation fees and any online payments are processed through our payment provider, Netcash. Monthly fees are billed and collected as set out in your service agreement (by EFT or debit order). Prices are in South African Rand and may be subject to change on notice as set out in your agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The content, branding, logos, and design of this website belong to True Technologies (or our licensors) and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as needed to use the site normally.
6. Third-party links and services
This site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example fibre operators, our payment provider, and mapping/reviews services). We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites and services, which are governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
