Founded in Jeffreys Bay in 2000 as a small family-run venture, True Technologies has grown into Kouga's most trusted Internet Service Provider and I.T. partner. For over 26 years, our mission remains the same: deliver fast, reliable internet backed by service that only local people can provide.
We are best known as a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP), operating our own network infrastructure across Jeffreys Bay, Humansdorp, St Francis, Cape St Francis, Patensie, Hankey, Kareedouw, Joubertina, Krakeel Rivier, Louterwater, Tweeriviere, Gamtoos Mouth, and surrounding areas. Through this infrastructure, we deliver internet, telephony, fax, and advanced data services — with unmatched reliability and accountability. We are a registered National Communications and Network Service Provider (ICASA-licensed: IECS & IECNS).
From our Jeffreys Bay and St Francis stores, we supply all ICT products, like computers, notebooks, tablets, PC components, ink and toner, surveillance systems, and backup power equipment. We provide in-store and on-site repairs, upgrades, and tailored solutions for homes and businesses alike.

WAPA & ISPA Membership
WAPA — Wireless Access Providers' Association
True Technologies is a member of WAPA, an industry body established in 2006 as a non-profit industry representative body (IRB) acting as a collective voice for independent wireless operators in South Africa. WAPA members use open standard wireless technologies — particularly WiFi — and subscribe to a code of conduct governing the provision of services. Consumer complaints are managed through WAPA's management committee.
ISPA — Internet Service Providers' Association
True Technologies maintains membership of and commitment to ISPA's standards. ISPA serves as the company's designated agent for receiving take-down notifications under section 75 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
